Nexus Markets LLC has filed U.S. and international provisional patent applications covering the inventions powering Nexus and SWA. Reverse engineering, cloning, or unlicensed commercialization of these methods may constitute patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271.

• Zero-tolerance policy: Nexus Markets LLC actively monitors for, investigates, and prosecutes all unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, scraping, cloning, or derivation of any portion of Nexus, SWA, the Nexus Hub, the SWA academy, the Convexity engine, the meta-controller, our token models, our pricing tiers, our signals, our curricula, or our visual identity.
• Civil litigation will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per willfully infringed work under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2), enhanced and treble damages for willful patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 284, attorneys' fees and costs under 17 U.S.C. § 505 and 35 U.S.C. § 285, injunctive relief, seizure and destruction of infringing materials, and disgorgement of all profits.
• Criminal referral may be made to the U.S. Department of Justice under 17 U.S.C. § 506 and 18 U.S.C. § 2319 where willful copyright infringement meets statutory thresholds — penalties include fines up to $250,000 and imprisonment up to 5 years per offense.
• We retain forensic counsel and use automated monitoring (digital fingerprinting, watermarking, and code-similarity analysis) to detect infringement. Ignorance is not a defense.

• Unauthorized implementation, reverse engineering, or commercialization of these methods may constitute patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271.

• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content, except compliant search engine indexing.

• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, patent-pending, or attribution notices.
• Creating derivative works, white-labels, or competing products based on the tier mechanics, the Single-View pass, the Convexity engine, or the SWA curriculum.

5. A good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
